Visiting Montefiore Einstein sites

 

If you are attending an in-person meeting, all vendors must first register with Vendormate

 

Vendors are required to register with Vendormate and have an appointment before visiting any Montefiore Einstein location. As part of the registration process, you must upload proof of your FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccination.
Please register at https://registersupplier.ghx.com/registration. If your organization does not have a corporate account, please contact vendorservices@vendormate.com for more information on how to become a member.
  • Registration must be completed prior to gaining access to any Montefiore-Einstein facility.
  • The system will issue a badge that must be visible at all times once on site.
  • Each vendor representative must register individually.
  • For questions regarding the registration process, or to determine if your organization has a corporate account, please call Vendormate Customer Support at 888-476-0377.
When you get to the site, please head to a Vendormate kiosk to obtain your Vendormate badge. Kiosks are located at the main entrances of our hospital facilities. If there is no kiosk, please register online and send a copy of your consent to suppliers@montefiore.org, or to the department representative whom you are visiting.
 

 

On The day of your appointment

 

Upon arrival for your appointment, you will:
  • Undergo screening for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Sign in with your badge at the Vendormate kiosk to complete the symptom attestation form and undergo temperature check at the Visitor Desk.
Vendors without an appointment will be denied entry to any Montefiore-Einstein location.
