Serving our community since 1884

Montefiore-Einstein has provided medical services and employment opportunities to millions of people for over 125 years. Our commitment to advancing the health of the entire community spans well beyond our hospital walls. Today, we're proud of what our institution has and will become in the years ahead with continued innovation.

Montefiore Health System is one of the nation's largest—consisting of 10 hospitals, a primary and specialty care network of more than 200 locations across Westchester County, the lower Hudson Valley and the Bronx: an extended care facility: the Montefiore School of Nursing: and our Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Our Commitment

We are committed to supporting the health system by improving processes, positively affecting the diverse community around us, and decreasing overall health system waste.

Our Values

We aid our health system in acknowledging our community by continuing to look for and work with diverse suppliers. We embrace various backgrounds and perspectives and actively look to help maintain a diversified vendor base.

We strive to use strategic sourcing applications to make good decisions so that all patients receive the best quality care. These applications include vendor research, negotiation, cost analysis and market evaluation.

We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to the current environment in order to meet the needs of our health system and community.

We want to help all patients receive the treatment they need regardless of social or economic status, ethnicity, creed, gender, sexual orientation and more. To successfully achieve this, Procurement looks to our suppliers to procure the items needed to successfully help all Montefiore-Einstein patients.
